%Manager Global Services (f/m/d)%

The goal is to maintain the global organization efficiently and profitably while ensuring customer satisfaction. In this role, you will be responsible for strategic and operational planning, as well as the digitization and monitoring of all global service activities. In this role, you will be travelling approximately 30% of the time worldwide. 

Your responsibilities

• Leading and developing the international service team
• Ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction worldwide
• Establishing efficient processes to optimize global service delivery
• Developing a comprehensive digital service roadmap in close collaboration with other departments
• Promoting a digital mindset within the team

These are qualities you bring to the table for this new challenge...

• Completed technical education (Bachelor's, Master's degree or equivalent), for example in the field of mechatronics, electronics or mechanical engineering
• Strong leadership and management skills with a minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in global organizations
• Visionary ideas for the future development of SERVICE as a product
• Experience in service organizations, preferably from the manufacturing industry
• Fluent in English, good German language skills, additional languages are advantageous
• Outstanding organizational hands-on skills and high flexibility
